Scheduling, Supplement Ordering and Lab Billing
Please be aware that our schedule has become very busy and Dr. Brian’s schedule is booked 1 month out on average. We are doing our best to keep up with our patient volume so please be aware we are doing what we can to get you in as quick as possible.
Please call our office to schedule any follow up visits you anticipate having rather than waiting. We also ask that when you are here for a blood draw, please schedule your follow up lab review at that time so that we can ensure that you are on the schedule, otherwise we will not be able to accommodate a follow up in the time frame you are hoping for.
When it is that time…Please order your supplements/products online and select shipping or office pick up. If you are coming into the office without ordering ahead of time be aware of what products you are taking and/or bring a list/protocol with you. Please do not walk into the office and ask us to look up your protocol, as we will no longer do that. As a reminder SNC has nothing do with the billing of lab work, we are simply involved from a ordering/draw stand-point. Each lab has their own billing policy. Should you receive a bill from Lab Corp or Sonora Quest, and have questions, please contact the number provided for billing on your invoice.
We also use specialty labs companies, such as Singulex, True Health, and Vibrant, and they do not practice back billing. Therefore, despite what your EOB says once claims are submitted, typically, they do not bill you, the patient, if your insurance does not cover their lab services. If you should have questions regarding billing from one of the above specialty labs, please contact the following;

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE A Blue Cross Blue Shield PLAN, SINGULEX AND TRUE HEALTH WILL SEND YOU A CHECK IN THE MAIL AS LAB PAYMENT…THIS CHECK NEEDS TO BE SENT TO THE RESPECTIVE LAB USED FOR YOUR LAB DRAW…DO NOT CASH THE CHECK AS A PERSONAL CHECK!!
